Client Portal and App New Upgrade Announcement
Dear valued clients,
In order to provide you with better online trading services, we will be launching a brand-new upgrade to our Client Portal and App this coming weekend:
The maintenance and upgrade of the Client Portal will take place from 00:00 to 19:00 on May 11, 2024 (GMT+3). During this period, the servers will also be temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to trade using MT4 & MT5.
Some withdrawal channels will also be temporarily closed during the upgrade process. Upon completion of the upgrade, the login address will be changed to https://myaccount.startrader.com (effective from May 11). Your login credentials (username and password) will remain the same. Please note that if you are unable to log in to the upgraded Client Portal with your current password, please reset your password using the ‘Forgot Password’ feature and log in again.
The maintenance and upgrade of the App will take place from 00:00 on May 11 to 18:00 on May 12, 2024 (GMT+3). During this maintenance period, you will not be able to access the App. To enjoy the upgraded app’s powerful features, please update your App version after the maintenance is completed.
